Return Policy

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing TheFitBody within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from TheFitBody.COM.

Return items must be shipped back to TheFitBody within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the products.

In certain circumstances, it is possible to exchange a given product with another.

I. Terms and Conditions of Return in Accordance with Consumer Protection Legislation

If you wish to cancel the purchase of your product in accordance with our policy and obtain a refund, in order to assist us in issuing your refund as quickly as possible, we ask that you do the following:

a. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, please inform us by registered mail that you wish to return the purchased product;

b. make sure that you take reasonable care of the products and that they have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

c. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging. If you wish to return a kit, it must include all of its components.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, TheFitBody will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products shipping. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the terms and conditions indicated above in letters b), c) and d) of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your own expense. If you refuse the above delivery, TheFitBody reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products, if any, shall not be refunded.

If you have fulfilled all these requirements, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, TheFitBody will fully refund the price of the returned products purchased, including shipping costs. These costs will correspond to the original costs of shipping for the order. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the terms and conditions indicated above under letters b) and c) of the preceding paragraph. In that case, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. If you choose not to, TheFitBody reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products, if any, shall not be refunded.

II. Refund Times and Procedures

Only after TheFitBody has received the returned products and checked that the they meet all requirements will you receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days of when TheFitBody was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once TheFitBody has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. 

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

– Credit/debit card: the refund time will depend on the card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;

– PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
